No, we no longer offer backorders due to stock levels and high demands.
Question: When will I get my Studmaster item I requested?
Any studmaster product that is needed to be manufactured will be completed within 2 weeks of ordering. Once the item has been manufactured and arrives in our warehouse, it will immediately be invoiced and shipped according to your terms.
Question: How do I make payment for my order?
Payments are not done on the website as the GST and shipping components are calculated after order has been picked and packed. Payments can be made either by credit card or bank transfer once you receive an invoice.
Question: Why can't I see your product prices?
You must be logged in to an active account to be able to see product prices.
