Terms & Conditions
1. Trade only supplied. ABN Number must be supplied
2. All prices are subject to change without notice. Wholesale price does not include GST.
3. All claims on shortages in shipment or error in billing must be made within two days of receiving merchandise. Claims for freight damage or loss should be made immediately upon receipt of goods.
4. NO BACK ORDERS: Back order are not available due to stock levels and high demand.
5. RETURNS: Written or verbal permission must be gained from Top Hand Saddlery PRIOR TO GOODS BEING RETURNED.
Returns that have no authorisation number will not be recognised.
No credit will be issued unless merchandise is returned to Top Hand Saddlery within 10 days.
No special ordered merchandise may be returned.
6. TERMS: Terms are strictly 30 days for account holders, otherwise pre-paid will apply with no exceptions. Discounts offered are given on the condition that accounts comply strictly to our terms and conditions.
PLEASE NOTE-Accounts with no activity for 3 months become casual prepaid.
7. ORDERING: All product codes must be supplied. Top Hand Saddlery take no responsibility for any incorrect goods supplied if product codes are not given.
ORDERING STUDMASTER PRODUCTS: Any Studmaster product ordered will be manufactured in within 2 weeks. Once stock arrives, ordered items will be invoiced and shipped immediately.
8. Any order placed are considered final. Orders will be picked, packed, and invoiced with payment expected within your account terms.
9. Adding/Removing items from your order after receiving an invoice will incur a handling fee of $10.
10. PAYMENT: We accept cheque, money order, credit card or direct debit.
11. INSURANCE: This is the buyer's responsibility. All goods deemed delivered on dispatch.
12. Orders will be shipped to the company's normal shipping address. Request for Drop Shipping will incur a handling fee of $15.
13. RESERVATION OF TITLE: It is an express condition of the supply of all products by Top Hand Saddlery that property and legal title to such goods shall not pass to the customer with
physical possession of the goods and that property in and title to the goods shall not pass until all sums owing to Top Hand Saddlery with respect to such goods are paid. Top Hand Saddlery reserves the right to recover possession of any goods supplied by it which have not been fully paid for within the terms of the Company's normal trading arrangements with that customer.
14. VISITS - Strictly by appointment only, with a minimum of 48 hours notice.
